What is Going on with the Madonna’s Celebration Tour?

If you’re a die-hard Madonna fan, you probably already know that her upcoming Celebration tour is sure to be one of the biggest events of the year. To celebrate her remarkable four-decade legacy, Madonna has revealed the highly anticipated Celebration tour! This 35-date mission will commence on July 15th in Vancouver and proceed through to December 5th when it culminates at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome.

Madonna paid homage to her iconic 1991 tour film Truth or Dare while announcing The Celebration Tour, a hilarious video parody of the original. In the video, the superstars including Diplo, Jack Black, Lil Wayne and Amy Schumer engage in a game of truth or dare with Madonna; ending with Schumer compelling Madonna to embark on an epic world tour featuring her greatest hits.

The Show Is Set To Be Epic

Expect to be dazzled and astounded as Madonna takes the stage for what is sure to be a breathtaking performance. Recent announcements have revealed that the show will include some of her greatest hits, including “Like a Virgin”, “Open Your Heart”, “La Isla Bonita”, and “Vogue.” To further heighten the grandeur of the show, an array of special effects such as lasers and fireworks will be included. Moreover, a set list full of timeless songs that fans adore – potentially including some covers from other artists – is guaranteed to leave everyone satisfied!

In a recent video, Madonna expressed her immense appreciation to the fans as she prepares to honor her artistic journey through four decades with a live performance. She says: “I just want to say thank you to all of my fans for all of your love and support over the last few days.”

Ticket Scalping and High Demand

The Madonna’s Celebration Tour is sure to be a remarkable event, yet anyone hoping to attend must be prepared to invest some serious funds. Many fans are already complaining about extraordinarily high cost of tickets, with certain ones reaching as much as $3000!

One of the primary reasons why tickets for Madonna’s Celebration tour are so expensive is that there is a very high demand for these tickets due to Madonna’s status as an international superstar. People from all over the world are eager to see her perform live and will pay whatever it takes to get their hands on a ticket- even if that means shelling out $3k or more!

Another factor driving up ticket prices for Madonna’s Celebration tour is ticket scalpers and brokers. These individuals as well as their bots buy up large amounts of tickets as soon as they go on sale and resell them for a much higher price than what they initially cost. This inflates the cost of tickets and makes it difficult for true fans to get their hands on them.

Madonna is also selling VIP packages in addition to regular concert tickets. These packages include exclusive access to certain areas within the venue, private meet-and-greets with Madonna, group photo on-stage and other perks.

Madonna’s Celebration Tour Schedule

Kicking off in Vancouver, BC on Saturday July 15th and heading to cities like Phoenix, Seattle and Denver across North America before jetting over to Europe. The tour wraps up at London’s O2 Arena on December 5th.

Madonna’s Celebration tour is her 12th live music event, and the most recent one since 2019-2020 when she enthralled smaller venues across various cities to promote Madame X. She performed to sold-out crowds at the iconic London Palladium for 12 consecutive shows, with similarly lengthy shows in New York City, Los Angeles as well as other major cities.
